Cypress Cove


it began with a not- for-profit community. And we turned it into a family of brands.

With the addition of a parent company, the Cypress organization needed a cohesive identity. We built on the market recognition of their existing Life Plan community and developed a family of energetic and expressive marks that would allow room for continued growth.


We were tasked with providing marketing and creative strategy to build a lead base for Cypress Cove’s new expansion, The Oaks at Cypress Cove. Our campaign included event-based mailers, landing pages, a newspaper insert campaign, billboard signage, digital and print ad campaigns, and email marketing campaigns. Inquiries were bountiful and The Oaks was fully reserved in 14 months.


After expansion efforts were kicked into high gear and running smoothly, we began a refresh of Cypress Cove’s print and digital presence with a new website, full collateral package, print and digital ad campaigns, event-based mailers and even a few HR recruitment pieces. Inquiries and leads expanded, so did occupancy levels.
